SF Recruitment are recruiting for a 3 Month Temporary Personal Assistant role within the Public Sector in Ilkeston.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for the specific team. ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key tasks include organising meetings, supporting councillors, committees, and officers, and maintaining the council's constitutional processes.

Key Responsibilities
Help officers to produce high-quality documents and handle sensitive issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Arranging and Coordinating Meetings, Ensuring they are scheduled, documented, and effectively managed
Supporting Councillors and Committees by providing essential support to senior members of the organisation.


Ideal Candidate
Previous Experience in Administration or PA.
Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and oral.
Demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Ability to pick up new tasks quickly.
Capable of prioritising work to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Producing accurate and high-quality documents.

£12 per hour.
This is a temporary position for initially 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
You may be required to attend evening meetings (from 6.30 pm).
