Junior Building Physics Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sustainability and building services consultancy who have provided their multidisciplined services to the built environment for 20 years. They are looking for a Junior Building Physics engineer to report to their principal building physics engineer in their Bristol offices.

A Junior Building Physics Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Carry out Part O and Part L assessments using IES-VE software
  • Start to carryout sustainability strategies and reports for clients' projects
  • Produce design submissions for BREEAM requirements
  • Produce Low Carbon technology reports and EPCs for commercial projects

The ideal Junior Building Physics Engineer:

  • Masters in within a sustainability, energy, architectural, or engineering field
  • Have experience with IES software would be beneficial
  • Some relevant experience within a Sustainability or Building Physics role would be advantageous
  • Strong passion and understanding for the built environment
  • Experience within a relevant role would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
