• Build client relationships and account manage clients.
• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face.
• Offer an excellent quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
• Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

As the successful Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant you will need:-

• To be results driven with a proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace
• Be able to demonstrate a history of high billings
• Be able to demonstrate how you will develop your sector
• Possess a strong business and commercial acumen
• Be articulate, well presented and sharp

To the successful Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant we can offer:-

• A base salary of up £45k
