About the Role
Join our clients dedicated team, handling emergency and non-emergency alarm calls in a 24/7/365 monitoring centre. You'll provide essential, life-saving support to a diverse and vulnerable customer base. Not every call you deal with will be an emergency but the way you listen and respond to calls will have a big impact on customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage emergency situations, contacting relevant services.
- Record call details accurately on to systems.
- Guide customers through alarm installation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and respond to automatic alarm signals.
Skills and Experience
- Calm, caring, and professional with strong multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable in high contact volume environments.
- Experience in customer service, care, or call centres
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages and adaptable to new technology.
