We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our esteemed client for a notable Highways scheme in Lincolnshire. The project is centered on public realm enhancements rather than major highways construction. This freelance position is available until the end of the year, presenting a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a significant community-focused project.

THIS ASSIGNMENT IS PAYING OUTSIDE IR35

Key Responsibilities:
·Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site
·Ensuring accurate construction according to the design specifications
·Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and site personnel
·Providing technical advice and resolving any design and construction issues
·Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
·Preparing and maintaining site records, including progress reports and documentation
·Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project management to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, particularly within public realm or highways projects
·Strong technical skills and proficiency in using setting out equipment and software
·Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
·Effective communication and teamwork skills
·Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
·EUSR 1 + 2 certification is preferable
·A valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is advantageous
