Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Team Managers to manage a team of practitioners that deliver effective care and support which improve outcomes for adults with a specific range of needs living within the area of Cornwall.
The postholder will directly manage and supervise social care assessments and plans across all the tiers of need identified within the Care Act 2014, helping to ensure that casework decisions effectively safeguard adults, promote their wellbeing and improve the quality of their lives. The role directly manages multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
- Must have a degree in social work/ qualification equivalent.
- Must have Social Work experience.
- At least 1 year experience within a similar role.
- Social Work England Registration.
- Able to work from home remotely and be a car user to travel in and around East Locality Area
