Are you a Calibration Technician with ISO 17025 experience looking to take a step up into a leadership role where you will be responsible for a team of four , enabling their success and developing their career along with your own?

In this role you will be working within a high-tech Calibration Laboratory for a specialist company who works across mechanical, electrical, electronic and dimensional calibration. This will involve working on a wide variety of equipment and upholding the UKAS ISO 17025 accreditation. You will also be training staff, developing graduates and enabling the success of your team.

This company is a global powerhouse in weighing solutions, providing industrial scales, systems, and equipment for diverse industries, ensuring accurate measurements and efficient operations worldwide. You will be working within their calibration department, which they are looking to expand as demand increases.

This role would suit a Calibration Technician looking to step up and progress into a Team Leader position, being responsible for four direct reports and ensuring UKAS ISO 17025 standards are upheld.

The Role:

• Calibrating a wide ranges of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment
• Being responsible for four direct reports
• Upholding ISO 17025 standards
• Reporting to the Calibration Manager

The Person:

• Calibration Technician or similar
• Looking to progress to a Team Leader
• Commutable to Smethwick
