Maintenance Plumber - Expiring soon!

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber for an ongoing contract based in Holborn.
The working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday with overtime available.
The initial temporary rate is £21 - 23 per hour.
Primary duties are water treatment, logging of info/compliance, plumbing maintenance, blockages, tap swaps, shower head descaling, manual handling of salt bags.
Knowledge of commercial maintenance and commercial plant rooms is essential.
To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:
- Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
- Be qualified to plumbing level 2 or 3.
- Have knowledge of fixing leaks, unblocking toilets/sinks etc.
- Water treatment knowledge.
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
- Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.
