Salary:

Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Company car / Car allowance (£5k)

As a Business Development Manager, covering the East Midlands (Derby, Leicester, Nottingham), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Generating new business, opening new accounts expanding the customer base

• Work with existing customers increasing spend

• Integrate a strong sales culture and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Visiting sites, market research, identify opportunities

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Industry experience is essential (merchant / manufacturing background)

• Internal / external sales background

• Build strong relationships, adapt to the customer

• Has demonstrated clear capability in managing complex issues and delivered sustainable results

• Exceptional communication skills with strong responsibility and accountability for delivery of a business strategy, profit and margins
