Red Recruitment is recruiting a Claims Investigator in Tewkesbury, this role will involve managing a caseload of insurance claims, in a customer-centric manner, reviewing documentation, interviewing and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum and is a permanent role.
Benefits and Package for a Claims Investigator:
- Salary: £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Flexible working patterns, Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 8pm and Weekends and Bank Holidays, shifts between 9am - 5pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Tewkesbury
Key Responsibilities of a Claims Investigator:
- Ensuring that agreed key performance indicators are met and exceeded
- Ensuring you deliver a timely quality product within client SLA
- Managing customer and client complaints within the company and FCA guidelines
- Assessing and planning the actions required to compile and complete a thorough investigation
- Preparing and submitting completed reports and evidential files to clients
- Settling and declining claims when necessary, following an agreed process
Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Investigator:
- You should have experience holding conversations with claimants
- Knowledge of insurance fraud is desirable
- You should be able to work towards deadlines, and have experience writing reports
- You should have excellent customer service
