Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare detailed CAD drawings for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Review and validate designs and specifications with the project team.
- Maintain project files and manage version control of drawings.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase and resolve any design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all designs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CAD Engineer in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
- Experience in mechanical and/or automotive design is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, design, or a related field.
