The Role – Electrical Site Manager

You will work on a commercial office project in Tottenham Court Road for the first 4 months and when that finishes move onto a project in Bexhill-on-Sea delivering a new build mental hospital. The company are picking up more and more work on the South Coast and they are looking for someone who is based in Kent / Sussex who has a the capacity to come into London but is also located in the right place to work on these projects in Kent / Sussex.

• To receive and review drawings and specifications from client or main contractor
• To resolve discrepancies with the client
• To record variations to contract and provide information to QS
• Attendance of on-site meetings,
• Responsible for Dealing with and managing sub – contractors and staff onsite
• Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages

What you need

You’ll need to have the following to be eligible for the role:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• Minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant Electrical field or HNC / HND in electrical engineering or building services.
• 3 years experience as an Electrical Site Manager
