Salary: £22,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY EXPERIENCE
This building contractor, covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment / fit out, and maintenance. They work within the following sectors: leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of purchase ledger
• AP reconciliations
• Weekly supplier payments, emailing remittances there after
• Manage invoice queries with suppliers
• Monitor accounts & own email inbox
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Ability to handle volume for purchase ledger
• Sound demonstrable knowledge of Construction Industry scheme
• Good IT skills including advanced level for Excel
• Experience in Sage essential
• Working within a similar role within the construction industry would be highly desirable
• Excellent organisation skills with understanding of discretion and responsibility for important documents
• Ability to deliver accurate quality work to deadlines and to required standards
• Consistent performance under pressure
• A very organised and capable approach to the workplace and a willingness to take responsibility of own workload
• The ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
• A can do and positive attitude.
