Lead Test Engineer: High-Voltage Power Systems
Want to help shape the future of global communications? We're seeking a Test Lead to join an innovative team in North East London working work on cutting-edge high-voltage power feed equipment that powers the world’s communication systems.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead validation and verification for advanced power systems
- Oversee internal and external product qualification
- Manage test setups and R&D lab equipment
- Drive decisions impacting product performance and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
We're looking for someone with:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of software, hardware, and system testing experience
- Expertise in test development and process management
- Strong fault diagnostics and reporting skills
- Experience with high-voltage testing (preferred but not essential)
