TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED TO HAVE A VALID 7.5 T LICENSE, CPC AND TACHO CARD
Pay Rate: £13.71 to £16.36
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Shift patterns: 5 out of 7 (so you will be working some weekends)
Time: 8:45am – 18:30pm
Location: Copthorne, Crawley, RH10,
Our client is an award winning leading supply chain business and they are seeking a 7.5 Tonne Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- You will be delivering household white goods, bedframes, sofas etc... So, anything that you can’t collect from store.
- This is a two-man job so you will be with a Drivers Mate or another driver. • Wets installations will be required (training provided)
- MANUAL HANDLING WILL BE REQUIRED • As this role is Home Delivery you will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Always comply with our health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Hold a valid HGV 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card

Will to undergo a UK Criminal Check.
You will need to successfully pass a driving assessment.
