Description


  • Analyse training needs to create effective and innovative solutions that meet organisational and learner requirements.
  • Design and implement learning solutions across online, virtual, blended, and face-to-face formats, incorporating technologies like AI and digital simulation.
  • Lead design workshops
  • Oversee the work of training design suppliers
  • Review and enhance the effectiveness of analysis and design activities
  • Stay updated on new training methodologies and apply this knowledge to evaluate design options.

Profile


  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Accountability and collaboration, with a focus on customer-centered decision making.
