Are you an experienced MET Technician looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company?
Our client is expanding rapidly and are looking for new bodyshop staff to join their team.
What we’re offering:
- Full Time/permanent
- £38,000 - £48,000 per year. (Dependant on experience)
- 40 hour or 45 hour contracts available
- Monday – Thursday - 8am-5pm or 7am-5pm
- Friday ALL staff work 7am-3:45pm
- NO Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle - Previous experience of work in commercial vehicles highly desirable
- Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
- Geometry Wheel Alignment.
- Suspension and mechanical duties.
- Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
- Stripping and Fitting bumpers and doors.
- Repairing interior Plastics and Seats.
- Repairing Exterior Plastics.
- Repairing Windscreens - desirable but not essential
- Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
- Dealing with wiring throughout the car.
Qualifications
- ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time severed within an MET Technician role.
- Full valid driving licence
- Previous experience of working within an accident repair centre or with commercial vehicles is essential.
