Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a primary school in Huntington. This full-time, permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reception Class Teacher to make a significant impact in the early years of our students' education. Starting in September 2024, you will be part of a brilliant team in a school with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception class students.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of young children.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior staff.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum.
Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, involving them in their child's education and progress.
Maintain a high standard of classroom management and organization.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for teaching young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy classroom environment.
