About the Role:

As the successful Account Executive/ Internal Sales at GX Modular, you will be the friendly, helpful voice of our Garden Annexes brand. Your role includes the day-to-day management of incoming enquiries, providing information and advice, and arranging your colleagues’ diaries. All enquiries are in-bound—so there is no cold calling. You will also take part in customer service, planning, and administration activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all in-bound enquiries through phone and online channels.
  • Providing clients with tailored information and advice.
  • Diary management, organising your colleagues’ schedules efficiently.
  • Managing sales by assessing enquiries and allocating resources accordingly.
  • Helping existing clients through their ownership process.
  • Meticulous handling of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

You are sales-focused with a knack for telesales and can demonstrate suitable experience in this arena. Detail-oriented, you have an eye for detail, especially when communicating via email. Your proven experience in customer service and warm telesales showcases your friendly demeanor, making you professional yet approachable. While experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus, your tech-savviness will shine through regardless. Lastly, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and working as part of a dynamic team.
