We are currently recruiting for a talented Quality & Compliance Manager to join an Industry leading, multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their Sevenoaks or London office. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary business that offer a range of services including; Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Employers Agent etc. They work with a range of clients including; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding building consultancy with the view to a quickly stepping up to Associate Director level.

• Salary: £50k - £65k DOE (open to discussion)

• Responsible for alignment of business system and operations with company planning and strategic growth.
• Lead assessment, analysis and identification of efficiencies.
• Implement company management systems that lead to well informed, streamlined and data centric company operations.
• Take responsibility for company certifications, demonstrating compliance with relevant legislation, interested parties and business requirements, thereby increasing the ability to win work, raising the company profile and credibility.
• Develop and implement the day-to-day management of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Facilities management ensuring security, compliance with Health & Safety and fire legislation, workplace insurance, supervision of any contractors, office fire wardens and first aiders may be in future.
• RICS regulation and others, H&S updates and policies, CDM competencies.

• Prior experience working in a Quality & Compliance role
• Must have experience in the Construction, Consultancy, Surveying, Engineering or Architecture industries
• Able to commute to London or Sevenoaks
• Wanting a long-term role
• Chance to progress quickly to Associate Director
