SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / VALUER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Horsham, RH12

Salary: OTE £45k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An opportunity with fantastic career potential is available for an experienced Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer (Estate Agent)with exceptional negotiating skills.

The perfect candidate will be one with a love of estate agency, a dynamic and positive attitude and someone who is looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent and offers a supportive environment and excellent career progression.

You will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an already established excellent sales record within the property industry.

You should ideally have a minimum of a couple of years’ experience in Residential Property Sales and specifically be capable of spotting and developing business opportunities.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Lister (Estate Agency) role will include: 

• Residential sales experience essential
• Sales & listing skills beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High level of customer care
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well-presented and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated and target driven
• Local knowledge of the Horshamarea preferred
• Full UK driving License essential
