As Change Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this company's growth journey. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead critical projects that span multiple departments, focusing on digital transformation, change management, business process automation and cultural transformation. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a tech scale-up environment, where your contributions will directly impact the company's success.

What we’re looking for in a Change Manager:

This is a really dynamic environment, so if you bring experience of working within a scaling SME B2B SaaS or tech firm then this would be a huge plus!

Proven experience in project management, preferably with certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)

Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects that span multiple departments within a business

Strong experience in change management, culture transformation, and continuous improvement

Solid understanding of digital transformation and business process automation

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
