Join a global medicinal cannabis company based in Berlin as the Quality Manager to lead all site Quality distribution operations. In this pivotal full-time, on-site role, you will spearhead the quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of compliance within a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site Quality Management System (QMS), including Change Controls, Audits, risk assessments, customer complaints, CAPAs, and deviations. The QMS must be inspection-ready at all times. You will ensure effective management of quality systems and assist with inspections by external and internal auditors, including the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. Additionally, you will provide effective management reviews and documentation, illustrating quality system processes and audits to ensure excellence and efficiency in the QA operation.
Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Manage the Quality Assurance Compliance process, capturing all GDP activities on site.
2. Lead root cause analysis leading to process improvements in the business.
3. Lead the QA team, setting the work program and monitoring their performances.
4. Maintain a system for managing oversight of the supplier assurance systems and assist with supplier assurance activities.
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Extensive experience within Quality Assurance within a distribution environment.
2. Proven experience within the medicinal cannabis sector.
3. Must be an English and German speaker.
