SAP Success Factors Consultant

Our client, a leading global consultancy, are looking for a SAP Success Factors Consultant with both technical and functional expertise, who can join as part of a team to move Employee Central from implementation partner to client team.
ROLE: SAP TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL SUCCESS FACTORS CONSULTANT
LOCATION: COVENTRY (HYBRID – 2 X PER WEEK IN OFFICE)
RATE: £400 A DAY INSIDE IR35
LENGTH: 6 MONTHS WITH SCOPE TO EXTEND
Required skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to leverage SAP Employee Central knowledge to create operational documents.
- Helping to resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.
- Good communication and team management skills
- A minimum of 5 year’s experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Automotive processes.
- At least 2 full cycle SAP implementation and support experience as functional Success Factor consultant – Employee central
Key responsibilities
- Transition of SAP Employee Central module from implementation partner to client
- Responsible of reviewing project documentation like business process documentation, design document, functional specifications, UT/UAT/RT documentation and creating support operational manual
