The Role

HR Connect have a fantastic new opportunity for a part-time Business Support Administrator to join our busy team! We’re looking for someone who is motivated to succeed in Business Support, someone who is always looking for new ways to improve and learn new things. If this sounds like you, apply below!

As our Business Support Administrator you will be part of our Staff Care Services journey, which ranges from billing, processing invoices, raising purchase orders, liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.

The ideal candidate would have a level of administrative experience or a relevant certification/ qualification and must be able to commute to our Kings Hill based office at least once per week, please consider this before making your application.

This is a part-time role working 16 hours a week on Monday and Tuesday.

What we need from you

  • Experience working in office administration
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Experience of large database administration
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and good IT skills (Word and Excel)
  • Awareness of Data Protection and need to Confidentiality

Key Duties:

  • Using the appropriate procedures to manage billing for HR Connect and related trading brands. To verify and make sure that these reports are finished on time and saved in the appropriate areas, run monthly billing reports. Resolve any billing and reporting issues that may come up. Keep the necessary financial records and use the right instruments for compliance and audit.
  • Help with the administration of contract changes for clients and suppliers the onboarding of new ones
  • Answering a variety of queries from customers and suppliers via email or telephone. Forwarding any in- depth queries on to the relevant people whilst ensuring that these are dealt with.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues, managers and staff and external customers, clients and suppliers, through e-mail, telephone, offering advice and information
