Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading organisation in the critical national infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage their infrastructure projects. As the Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, collaborating with 3rd party vendors, and overseeing the transition period. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical know-how. Job Details:

- Contract Type: 6 months contract

- Daily Rate: £550 - £600 (Inside Umbrella)

- Location: Warwick - Remote with occasional travel to Warwick and London office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure projects across various disciplines, including distributed systems, storage, networks, and telecommunications.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor and track technical delivery progress, ensuring alignment with project baseline and established PMO standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Possess certifications such as PMP, PMI, ITIL, or PRINCE2 (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience in delivering critical infrastructure projects and working closely with application and security teams.
