Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage local Field Service Engineers
• Collaborate with Workshop Supervisor for comprehensive job coordination
• Facilitate coordination among all parties involved in field service activities
• Prepare thorough documentation and work instructions for field service staff
• Focus on enhancing field service processes through continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to work safety, efficiency standards, and industry regulations
• Office based in Rotterdam

Background Required:

• 5+ years' experience in a service (after sales), ideally in a global matrix organization
• Technical knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines
• Background from the Maritime/Marine/NAVY/Shipping/Vessels
• Proficient in Rotating Equipment (steam turbines, compressors, and expanders)
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, technical documents, sketches, and cross-sectional drawings
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with additional foreign language proficiency being advantageous
• Happy with international travel
• Must have EU passport
• Holds a Senior High School degree, Apprenticeship training certification, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
