Senior Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on an exciting RC frame development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned
- Ordering of plant
- Health and Safety management
- Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time
- Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
- Plan work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
- Chair regular meetings with clients and contractors
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
Requirements
- SMSTS, CSCS & Health and Safety
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
- RC Frame experience
