Mobile Water Technician - London, England - Facilities Management - £34,000 DOE plus fully expensed van
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client sites in London, England.
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- 40 hours a week
- Fully expensed Van
Role Responsibilities:
- Legionella maintenance PPMs
- Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing, and electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements.
- maintain customers waterlog books and completing the necessary documentation
- conduct a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples.
- Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
- testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Full UK Driving License
- experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
