Account Manager Onboarding

Our Market Leading Client, based Ellesmere Port are seeking to add a Partnerships Manager to their growing ranks.
You will be responsible for the onboarding of key partners whilst building and managing relationships with them moving forward.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Onboarding law firms taking them through the process from initial contact to go live.
Ensure onboarding takes place in a timely manner.
Providing key updates to internal and external teams on engagement and case progression.
Ensure governance targets and SLA’s are adhered to.
Experience required – it is essential that you have a background in B2B sales, involved with relationship management and working to tight deadlines, you will ideally have a background of working in financial services and/or with Law Firms
Full driving licence required to attend various shows and exhibitions and client visits
Our client operate a hybrid model, with a maximum of 2 days per week office based.
