Title: Internal Sales Executive

Salary:  £23,796 - £26,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday, day shift - 40 hours

Location: Whetstone, Leicestershire

VH Talent is excited to be working in partnership with our client to appoint an Internal Sales Executive. If you’re a customer focused individual who enjoys engaging with clients, building robust relationships and delivering an excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!

The Internal Sales Executive Role:

• Answer incoming calls and emails responding to sales enquiries
• Generating customer quotations, ensuring to accurately record order requirements
• Process customer orders onto the internal systems
• Upsell to clients where possible and identify sales opportunities 
• Liaise with Production and ensure orders are delivered within agreed timeframes
• Handle customer complaints, investigate and provide solutions
• Support with other administration tasks as the business requires

You’ll Need:

• Customer service skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external personnel via telephone, email and occasionally face to face
• Good administration skills
• Ability to use own initiative to drive tasks to completion
• Attention to detail by ensuring all orders are recorded accurately
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
