Position – Universal Grinder
Salary - £16 - £21PH
Location – Atherstone

Our client is an industry leading precision engineering company known for quality and innovation. They are seeking a skilled Universal Grinder to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up universal grinding machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Measure and inspect parts with precision instruments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Using Jones and Shipmen universal and surface grinding machines.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Universal Grinder
- Knowledge of grinding techniques and precision instruments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Overtime available!
