Position: Production Assistant
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
  
A rapidly growing creative agency is Surrey are looking to add to their busy production team. They specialise in retail campaigns, in-store events, POS and print, and are seeking a Production Assistant to help bring these campaigns to life.
  
The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in a similar industry, however this is a junior role so training will be provided. This role will be a mixture of creative, admin and workshop tasks.
  
Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the members of the production crew during every campaign.
• Actively interacting with the project teams to determine the size and area needed to develop and deploy each campaign.
• Oversee the setup and packing of every project, collaborating with packing teams to guarantee precise and high-quality execution.
• General manual and physical tasks.
• Quality control checks.
• Ensure that all documentation is detailed and completed for each campaign.
• Ensure that packing spaces are maintained neat and orderly.

  
Experience Needed:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable, but training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical/manual tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Experience with production documentation and administrative tasks
• Computer literacy
• Fantastic communication and organisational skills
