Position Overview:

CRS are excited to be working with one of the most well known family businesses across the North Wales coast to find the newest additions to their sales team as a Trainee Sales Manager. They are looking for experienced sales people who are wanting the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have the drive and passion to reach incredible earning potential, bonuses as well as many more benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Using head office and self generated leads to book appointments
• Convert appointments into sales
• Support the sales manager with company wide events
• Training of sales team members
• Working alongside the sales manager to develop a strong sales strategy
• Meeting and assisting customers and potential customers with enquiries and bookings alongside the wider team

The ideal candidate

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the holiday home industry would be an advantage 
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Previous sales experience within a hard sales environment
• Highly motivated and results orientated
• Able to lead by example and adapt
