Our client is a London Maintenance Service Provider, it is looking to hire a Maintenance Compliance Coordinator to support the Compliance Manager for all health & safety and statutory compliance tasks on a healthcare contract.
The compliance coordinator must have a sound knowledge of FM and hard services, will put together PPM schedules, issue permits, file reports, raise purchase order numbers and other related admin duties.
