Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in providing support and guidance to students in a school setting.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage classroom activities during the short-term absence of the regular teacher
Ensure a positive learning environment for students
Support and mentor students, including those with special educational needs
Communicate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and students
Assist in creative writing exercises and educational activities
Provide tutoring and educational assistance as needed
Skills: Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues
Experience working with children, including those with autism or special educational needs
Ability to mentor and support students in their learning journey
