The Commercial Director will:
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the organisation’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product development and delivery.
The Commercial Director will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 plus years of commercial leadership experience in the electrification - defence, marine, aerospace could be equally appropriate.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
