Job requirements: 
•    Monitor Tapestry to ensure children meet their developmental goals
•    Assist the Manager with completing weekly rotas
•    Ensure safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
•    Support management in the smooth running of the nursery
•    Promote positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
•    Support the team to deliver excellence, including supervision and training plans
•    Room based role with some office based duties
What you’ll need: 
•    Level 2/3 Early Years or degree or equivalent
•    Good written and spoken English
•    Excellent knowledge of EYFS
•    A valid DBS (update service) or willing to complete one
•    Hard-working, keen to learn and try new things
•    Previous experience in a similar role
•    The ability to lead and inspire practitioners
