Here's what you'll be doing

Initially you will be working within the Planning Team to learn systems and processes. You will be liaising with internal and external Stakeholders such as Local Delivery Partners and Local Authorities on a regular basis to build and maintain programmes of work. You will be responsible for the administration of programme and forecast data within internal systems such as WMT and Power BI.

Your Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for administration of programme data
  • Highlighting programme risks to wider team
  • Responsible for programme performance, and accountable for delivery to agreed KPIs
  • Build productive working relationships with Local Authority representatives.
  • Attend ad hoc planning meetings with all stakeholders to ensure assurance and programme actions
  • Contribute to planning and Design strategy for overall project planning
  • Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget
  • Introducing and delivering innovation to drive efficiencies and improve performance
  • Reporting on the programme within the agreed contractual agreements
  • Ensure ‘good passes’ to and from the planning team

What we need from you

Essential

• Microsoft, Excel and Word skills

• Understanding of the NRSWA/ permit application process

• Ability to liaise and manage, internal and external suppliers and other third party service providers

Desirable

  • Worked in a Gas environment
  • Knowledge of Internal systems and applications including Power BI
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work will within a team
  • Ability to solve problems
