Office based role.

An opportunity for an experienced and driven Telesales team leader to accelerate business growth through increasing sales across the existing customer base and also developing new customer relationships in target markets.

You will have a demonstrated track record of effectively leading and developing telesales teams and delivering business targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Telesales Team with direct accountability for continued people development, coaching and mentoring.
• Development and monitoring of targets and KPIs and clear action plans to address variances
• Build a culture of continuous improvement
• Build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Responsibility for budgets and forecasts
• Effective internal management of customer requirements, overseeing the management of up-to-date data to ensure daily/weekly customer requirements are captured
• Analyse the customer market to develop appropriate business plans that ensures customer growth

Key Experience:

• Extensive experience of managing and developing a Telesales team
• Experience in developing and monitoring team KPIs and targets and customer data
• Proven experience of increasing targets
• Confidence in working with key internal stakeholders
