My client is an independently owned company that  passive fire protection and fire door works, delivering projects to a range of different properties across the UK covering social housing, commercial and student accommodation.

They have been established for over 30 years, and have been through some fantastic growth during that time. Due to this growth, they're looking to appoint a contract manager to oversee the delivery of the fire door works produced by their sub contract teams. You will be responsible for managing the operational and compliance delivery of the fire door works.

You will be managing installation and remedial works of fire doors across the UK, so will be based from home covering your projects (mostly Midlands) but you will be expected to travel and will need to be able to stay away occasionally.

They have some exciting plans to grow their business, so this will be an excellent time to be part of that journey. Their fire door division has grown to over £6 million in the past 3 years from a standing start, and they plan to continue that growth.
