As a Personal Assistant to Directors, you will:
- Efficiently manage the directors' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in various projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact between the directors, clients, and internal teams, fostering effective communication.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The Personal Assistant to Directors role offers an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000. The ideal Personal Assistant to Directors will have:
- Experience as a PA, preferably within the recruitment or similar fast-paced industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
