Interim Director of Services for a well-established youth-focused social movement group in Bristol.

The Director of Services will provide leadership across multiple projects. This role involves managing contractual relationships with BNSSG CCGs, Local Authorities, and other grant funders. The Director will collaborate with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to influence the broader system for child and youth emotional well-being support. Strategic alliances with other VCSE and public sector providers will be essential.

Responsibilities include:

Building strategic partnerships with VCSE and public sector providers within social care, health, youth services and education.

Development of senior teams, continual review of robust systems related to safeguarding, data monitoring, and clinical governance.

Operational reporting, to Board and external stakeholders.

Overall responsibility that compliance and governance is adhered to in the planning and delivery of services.

To be considered you will need:

Proven experience in senior leadership roles within youth-focused organizations or related fields.

Strong understanding of contract management, strategic influence, and partnership building.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of young people.

Knowledge of local and regional care systems, as well as equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
