Daily Duties:
- Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning environments for students with SEN
- Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth
- Work closely with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of students with SEN
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team for continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills in the education sector
- Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting a love for learning and personal development
