Estimator – Prime Residential
 
My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.
 
Their projects include both new build and refurbishment of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London.
My client are currently seeking an Estimator to join their pre-construction team, due to a period of expansion and a number of recent project wins.
 
Successful candidates will have proven track records as well as stable careers working on various high end residential projects.
Duties will include assisting with multiple stage tenders, completing quantity take offs and schedules of work as required, undertaking the bid process, liaising with PQS & architect, etc.

This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Estimators who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
