Powder Coater / Production Operative
- Job Type: Temporary - 6-12 month expected duration
- Location: Wolverhampton
- Salary: £12 per hour.
- Days, early finish Friday
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic team, contributing to a variety of roles within metalwork and final assembly.
Day to Day of the role:
- Undertake tasks across various workstations including paint preparation, and powder coating,
- Ensure production meets the required output and quality standards.
- Work as a reliable team player within a small team to deliver factory output efficiently.
- Follow production drawings and instructions to maintain product quality.
- Demonstrate a 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the production environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a Powder Coater
- Ability to interpret and follow production drawings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
- Experience in a production environment and familiarity with metalwork processes.
