We are thrilled to be exclusively recruiting for our long-standing client, a leader in the pet industry, who is experiencing an exciting period of growth. Known for their high-quality products under their own brands and private labels, our client seeks a dynamic and passionate Customer Services Advisor to join their incredible team.
 
As Customer Service Advisor it will be your job to ensure our clients customers receive top-notch service. You will be supporting any process improvements, recruiting new vendors, and upselling to existing ones. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!
 
The role will pay a salary of up to £28k plus a brilliant suite of benefits. It is working Monday to Friday from 9-5 pm with some flexibility. This role is working with a team of like-minded people who like to be involved in every business area. You’ll be part of a small team, working for a brilliant manager who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the industry!
 
As Customer Service Advisor it is your job to:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Provide exceptional service in response to inquiries and complaints.
  • Handle a high volume of emails, calls, and other contacts professionally and efficiently.
  • Prioritise and resolve complaints and inquiries within set timeframes.
  • Follow protocols for managing complaints and liaise with other departments to resolve issues promptly.

We would love to see CV's from candidates who have:

  • Strong organisational and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously at a fast pace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer services environment.
  • Minimum 1 year in a call center, desirable but not essential
  • A passion for the pet industry!
