Due to continued growth and a very healthy order book of projects they have created the new role of Construction Director.  Reporting into the COO this person will spearhead the leadership of the Operations Team, responsible for continuously developing and implementing the operational strategy for the business.

As an experienced Construction Director, you will have a deep knoweldge of operational and commercial strategies in construction, and a strategic mindset with a focus on long term succes.  This role demands of someone with exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities, with execllent communication and interpersonal skills.  A natural leader who can motivate, develope, and promote a succesful culture whilst driving innovation in this fast evolving market.
