Senior Radiographer - Full Time - MRI - Birmingham - Private Hospital

Senior Radiographer - Duties & Responsibilities:
·Ensure efficient and safe operation of the Imaging Department
·Perform general and specialized radiographic procedures to high technical and quality standards
·Assess patients and interpret clinical requirements for appropriate radiographic techniques
·Conduct imaging examinations in line with department procedures, minimizing radiation exposure
·Adhere to radiation protection and safety protocols
Senior Radiographer - Qualifications:
·Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
·HCPC registration
·General radiographic background/training
·Familiarity with IT systems (e.g., RIS/PACS)
·Knowledge of healthcare service sector systems and processes
·Awareness of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct/Accountability
·Knowledge of Radiation Regulations
·GCSE Maths and English (grades A to C) or equivalent functional skills level 2
·MRI experience is essential
