As a Customer Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and delight.

As part of your day to day role, you are responsible for the following;

  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints via our various communication channels with a positive, friendly and service-orientated attitude.
  • Liaise with our field-based colleagues to ensure appointments are fulfilled within scheduled timescales.
  • Ensure responses are delivered to customers within agreed targets.
  • Evaluate the nature of customer enquiries accurately and determine the appropriate action to be taken.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and positive interactions with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are clearly communicated to relevant Departments / third parties as per set procedures.
  • Apply systematic and logical thinking to solve complex issues.
  • Carry out administrative work and ensure correct information is displayed on all documents.
  • Achieve or surpass the key targets associated with the role, specifically in regard to customer satisfaction and productivity.

Skills, Qualifications and Competence

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Confident dealing with and resolving inbound and outbound enquires
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills
  • Organisation & reporting skills
  • Ability to retain information effectively
  • Ability to adopt a rational approach to customer queries
  • Ability to maintain workflow on multiple ongoing tasks with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Experience of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word and Excel
  • Calm, customer driven and enthusiastic
